In the transportation sector, it is necessary to improve the level of interconnection of infrastructure and the efficiency of transportation services, effectively support the implementation of regional coordinated development strategies, regional major development strategies, new urbanization strategies, and rural revitalization strategies. Strengthen national strategic transportation security in the hinterland, expand diversified international transportation routes, and promote the comprehensive implementation of major infrastructure projects to meet national defense requirements. Develop low-altitude economy, hub economy, and corridor economy in an orderly manner, cultivate experience economies such as cruise yachts and car camps. In the energy sector, coordinate both domestic and international markets, optimize energy resource imports, and encourage enterprises to participate in energy project construction in an orderly manner overseas. Solidify the foundation of coal supply and pressure chamber stones, accelerate the release of high-quality coal production capacity, steadily increase physical reserves of coal, oil, and natural gas. Promote the orderly construction of national coal-to-oil and gas strategic reserves bases.
