The Eurasian Economic Union initiates an anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review investigation on oil well tubing from China.

On December 22, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Announcement No. 2025/467/AD16R2, stating that, upon the request of manufacturers from the Eurasian Economic Union, in accordance with Decision No. 14 of the Eurasian Economic Commission, a second sunset review investigation on anti-dumping measures for oil well pipes originating from China has been initiated. The investigation period for this case is from July 2024 to June 2025. The Eurasian Economic Union tariff numbers for the products involved are 7304220001, 7304220002, 7304220009, 7304230001, 7304230002, 7304230009, 7304240001, 7304240002, 7304240003, 7304240004, 7304240005, 7304240006, 7304240009, 7304291001, 7304291002, 7304291003, 7304291009, 7304293001, and 7304293002, among others.
