At the conference, the national computing power internet hub nodes and national top-level domain name resolution nodes were officially launched, marking a new stage in the development of Sichuan's computing power and the formal entry of top-level domain name resolution into the "national level" ranks. The national top-level domain name resolution node can change the situation where local internet users in the province need to route requests for ".CN domain names" across provinces, with multiple network hops and longer round-trip delays. After the node was launched, the domain name resolution latency was reduced from the original 32 milliseconds to 15 milliseconds, increasing the resolution efficiency by 53%. Together with Sichuan's national backbone internet direct connection point, a high reliable, low latency internet architecture system was built, effectively enhancing the efficiency of Sichuan's domain name resolution and its independent controllability. In simple terms, in the future, when opening a website with a ".CN domain name", the speed will be faster.
