Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Abdul Kadri Uraloglu, announced on the evening of the 24th that the two "black boxes" of the crashed plane carrying Libyan military leaders will be taken to a neutral country for decoding and analysis. Turkish search and rescue personnel found the cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder at the crash site in the early morning of the same day. Uraloglu wrote on social media that after preliminary examination, the two "black boxes" will undergo further inspection in the neutral country to determine the cause of the crash.
