UBTECH plans to acquire Fenglong's shares with 1.665 billion RMB, or may return to A-shares.

YouSelect announced that it plans to acquire a total of 93.9575 million shares of Fenglong Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, through a combination of "agreement transfer + tender offer". According to the announcement, the transfer price and tender offer price in the control change plan are both RMB 17.72 per share. Based on this calculation, the total consideration amounts to RMB 1.665 billion. This strategic acquisition is an important measure for YouSelect to improve its industrial chain layout and strengthen its core competitiveness. It is reported that YouSelect may return to the A-share market through this acquisition.
