Ciwent media: Signing the "Book Publishing Contract" is expected to have a transaction amount not exceeding RMB 500,000.

Ciwen Media Announcement, a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Ciwen Film and Television Communication Co., Ltd., signed a "Book Publishing Contract" with Baihuazhou Literature and Art Publishing House on the publication agreement of the work "Guminger". According to the contract, Baihuazhou Literature and Art Publishing House will publish the work in book form globally and pay the authorization fee in the form of royalties, with a royalty rate of 8%. The expected transaction amount does not exceed RMB 500,000. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and has been approved by the company's board of directors.
