The actual controller of Ganfuyue Expressway (Stock code: 600269.SH) has been changed to the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.

Wisdom Finance and Economics APP News, Ganyue Expressway (600269.SH) issued an announcement on November 18, 2025, stating that the company received a letter from the Provincial Transportation Investment Group informing them that with the approval of the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, the Provincial Department of Transportation will transfer its 90% equity in the Provincial Transportation Investment Group to the Jiangxi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (referred to as the Provincial SASAC) without compensation. Recently, the Provincial Department of Transportation and the Provincial SASAC have signed an agreement for the actual change of control of the company to the Provincial SASAC. The Provincial Transportation Investment Group will handle the business registration formalities for the change of control.
