NavInfo: the scheduled availability date of the "intelligent connected vehicle chip research and development project" is proposed to be extended to December 2028.

4D Information Inc. announced that it intends to extend the expected availability dates of the "Intelligent Connected Vehicle Chip R&D Project" and the "Autonomous Driving Cloud Platform Project" from December 2025 to December 2028 and December 2026, respectively. It also plans to terminate the research and development sub-projects under the "Intelligent Connected Vehicle Chip R&D Project": Low-cost DA Chip AC8005 and Vision Processing Chip AC6815. New research and development sub-projects will be added: High cost-effective connected instrument SoC AC8117 and high-performance 5G vehicle networking IVI SoC AC8277. These changes do not involve any adjustment to the total amount of funds to be raised for the "Intelligent Connected Vehicle Chip R&D Project."
