According to a report from the Securities Times app, on December 24th, Tianjin Shanghai Fushida Bicycle Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as Fushida) has submitted its application for an IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Zhongtai Securities is its sponsor institution, and it plans to raise 773 million yuan.
