Mengcao Ecological Announcement: The company's holding subsidiary Huobusi Environment and Xianghuang Construction Bureau signed a "Xianghuangqi Xinbaolage Town Garden Landscape Greening Project Government and Social Capital Cooperation PPP Project Contract" is planned to be terminated early. As of December 31, 2025, the total project cost is 150 million yuan, of which 42.4923 million yuan has been paid, and 107 million yuan has not been paid. Xianghuang Construction Bureau will pay 71.76 million yuan by December 31, 2025, and 28.1261 million yuan by December 30, 2026, totaling 99.8861 million yuan. After paying the total amount, the company will waive the remaining debt. The project handover will be completed within 15 working days after the second party receives 71.76 million yuan.
