Zotye Motors: Reached a settlement with two banking creditors, clarified repayment arrangements.

Zotye Motors announced that the company's ninth board of directors passed a resolution on the reconciliation with the Yongkang Branch of China Construction Bank and the Yongkang Branch of Bank of China at its sixth interim meeting in 2025. Previously, in two financial loan contract disputes, the Yongkang Branch of Bank of China applied for the freeze of 50,000 yuan and related stocks, and the Yongkang Branch of China Construction Bank applied for the freeze of 4.2142 million yuan and related stocks. Both freezes were later lifted, and the cases did not go to court. Recently, the company reached settlements with both banks, agreeing to repay a total of 222 million yuan in principal and interest to the Yongkang Branch of Bank of China by December 31, 2025, with an initial payment of 101.78 million yuan and the remaining amount cleared by January 31, 2026. The company also agreed to repay a total of 183 million yuan in principal and interest to the Yongkang Branch of China Construction Bank by December 31, 2025, with an initial payment of 100 million yuan and the remaining amount cleared by January 31, 2026. This reconciliation is beneficial for the company to revitalize assets and resume production effectively.
