Pan Asia Environmental Protection (00556.HK) is planning to distribute a special dividend of HK$0.12 per share on March 26, 2026.

The Zhongtong Financial APP reports that Green Asia Environmental Protection (00556.HK) has announced that as of June 30, 2025, the company's cash and bank balances are approximately 1.3 billion yuan (equivalent to approximately 1.4 billion Hong Kong dollars), accounting for about 97% of the total assets. In view of the high level of cash position of the company, the board of directors plans to implement the following major plans by December 31, 2026, in order to increase shareholder return and reduce the company's cash level: using approximately 200 million Hong Kong dollars for special dividends and distributions; using approximately 100 million Hong Kong dollars to repurchase shares in the market; using approximately 84 million Hong Kong dollars to repay debts to the company's direct and ultimate controlling parties; using approximately 580 million Hong Kong dollars to expand the main business; using approximately 200 million Hong Kong dollars to diversify business; and retaining approximately 220 million Hong Kong dollars for general operating funds.
