Nasida announced that the company had previously passed a resolution to provide a guarantee amount not exceeding 2.2 billion yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary Information Technology, with a validity period of 12 months. Recently, the company signed a "Maximum Amount Guarantee Contract" with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Zhuhai Branch to provide a guarantee of 320 million yuan for Information Technology, with joint liability guarantee as the guarantee method, and the main debt period from March 18, 2025 to December 31, 2027. After this guarantee, the total amount of external guarantees for the listed company and its controlling subsidiaries is 7.311 billion yuan, and the total guarantee balance is 1.374 billion yuan, accounting for 13.69% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue external guarantees.
