Keda Manufacturing announced that in order to meet the business development needs of its subsidiary Keda Peru, the company recently signed an external guarantee contract to provide a guarantee of 331.16 million yuan for its financing credit, with the guarantee method being joint liability guarantee and with counter-guarantees. As of December 24, 2025, the actual guarantee balance for it is 0 yuan. The company indirectly holds 48.45% equity of Keda Peru. As of that date, the total amount of external guarantees for the company and its controlling subsidiaries is 10.04 billion yuan, accounting for 87.46% of the audited net assets for the year 2024, with no overdue guarantees.
