Pulutong announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Pulutong has filed a lawsuit against Guotou Wuchan for a contract dispute, and the case has been accepted by the Third Intermediate People's Court of Tianjin, with the trial pending. On February 28, 2025, Guangzhou Pulutong signed a "Long-term Purchase and Sale Contract for Ore" with Guotou Wuchan, fulfilling its supply obligations, but Guotou Wuchan did not fully pay the purchase price. Guangzhou Pulutong requested the defendant to pay the principal amount of 203 million yuan, damages of 16.0225 million yuan, totaling 2.19 billion yuan. Since the case has not been tried, the impact on the company's profits is uncertain.
