People's Insurance Group of China (01339.HK): Gao Tian is appointed as the agent for accepting legal process documents for the company in Hong Kong.

Wisdom Finance and Economics APP News, People's Insurance Group of China (01339.HK) announced that starting from December 24, 2025, Ms. Gao Tian will replace Mr. Ou Lizhi as the appointed agent to accept service of legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the company in Hong Kong in accordance with Rule 19A.13(2) of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
