(referred to as "Information Industry Park Company") through public listing on the Qingdao Property Rights Exchange. According to the relevant evaluation report, the bottom price for this listing transfer is determined to be 92.4591 million yuan. After the equity transfer is completed, the company will no longer hold any equity in the Information Industry Park Company.
