The announcement from Hainan Airport states that the company has previously approved the acquisition of 237,500,000 shares of Meilan Airport held by its affiliate Meilan Limited. The transaction price is 2.339 billion yuan, equivalent to 9.85 yuan per share. After the completion of the share transfer, a comprehensive tender offer will be made. As of now, 237,500,000 shares of domestic shares have been transferred, and the company holds 50.19% of the shares of Meilan Airport, obtaining control. The share transfer process is completed, and the subsequent comprehensive tender offer process will be advanced.
