Asia Optoelectronics announced on December 24th that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from director and vice president Lin Xuefeng. Lin Xuefeng has applied to resign from the position of vice president of the company due to personal reasons. After resigning from the aforementioned position, Lin Xuefeng will still serve as a director of the company's fifth board of directors, a member of the board's strategic committee, and a member of the nomination committee. Lin Xuefeng's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors.
