Former General Manager Li Yannian of the Development Strategy Department of China Mobile Communications Group Qinghai Limited Company is under investigation.

According to the Huan Yuan County Supervision Commission of Xining City, China Mobile Communications Group Qinghai Limited Company's former General Manager of the Development Strategy Department, Li Yannian, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws and is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the discipline inspection commission of China Mobile Communications Group Qinghai Limited Company and investigation by the Huan Yuan County Supervision Commission.
