Recently, the 21st meeting of the 14th Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress deliberated and passed the "Regulations on Promoting High-Quality Development of Marine Economy in Zhejiang Province." The "Regulations" mention that the provincial and coastal district governments should promote the expansion of offshore wind power to deep-sea areas, support the development and utilization of clean energy such as coastal nuclear power, tidal energy, wave energy, and tidal energy, explore the construction of energy bases that integrate land and sea, and promote the diversified development and utilization of marine new energy.
