These cases, in terms of determining the nature of the crimes involved, adhere strictly to the law and seek truth from facts, without artificially elevating or arbitrarily downgrading; in terms of identifying the level and scope of organization members, they adhere to not missing out on anyone and not making up false accusations, accurately distinguishing between organizers, leaders, core members, active participants, and general participants.
