Wisdom Financial News App, Qiyuan Investment (01660.HK) announced that on December 23, 2025, the company plans to acquire 100% of the issued shares of Legend Arb Advisors Limited from Legend Arb Financial Group Limited. The consideration amount shall not exceed 10 million Hong Kong dollars.
