The Zhitong Financial APP News reported that China New Holdings (08125.HK) announced that Ms. Li Ling, an executive director, has been appointed as the company's chairman, effective from December 23, 2025. Mr. Teng Wei has been appointed as an executive director, effective from December 23, 2025.
