Wisdom Financial News APP reported that Super Media Holdings (00072.HK) announced that on December 23, 2025, the company's direct wholly-owned subsidiary, e-Starship Limited, intends to acquire approximately 3% of the issued share capital of Modern Digital Holdings Limited from Hong Kong Seven Wolves Investment Holdings Limited. The initial price is RMB 11.6 million, to be paid in cash. After completion, the buyer's equity in the target company's issued share capital will increase from approximately 77% to 80%.
