(hereinafter referred to as "Tubaobao Investment Company") recently signed a "Guangdong Yugao Gevi Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership Agreement") with Guangdong Yugao Zhihui Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yugao Investment"). Tubaobao Investment Company, as a limited partner, has committed to a capital contribution of 10 million yuan, accounting for 17.4338% of the total commitment capital.
