The Wisdom Wealth APP announced that Shida Shenghua (603026.SH) has issued a notice that, in order to deepen the global strategic layout, create an international capital operation platform, and enhance overall competitiveness, the company intends to apply for the initial public offering of overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and list them on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange").
