ST Wanfang announced that due to the fact that the original largest shareholder, Beijing Wanfangyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., transferred its shares to Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank, Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank has become the largest shareholder of the company. However, since Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank has no intention of participating in the company's daily operations and financial decision-making, the controlling shareholder has changed from Baishan Huide Industrial Co., Ltd. to a non-controlling shareholder, and the actual controller has changed from Baishan Jiangyuan District Finance Bureau to no actual controller. This change in ownership will not have any adverse effects on the company's daily operations, as the company still has a standardized corporate governance structure and independent operating capabilities.
