Wisdom Financial News app, Pacific Shipping (02343) announced that on December 23, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries (i.e. Buyer 1 Jade Passage SG Pte. Ltd., Buyer 2 Jersey City SG Pte. Ltd., Buyer 3 Johor Straits SG Pte. Ltd., and Buyer 4 Jurong Channel SG Pte. Ltd.) entered into four substantially similar ship purchase contracts with the seller Nanyang Shipbuilding Engineering Co., Ltd. of Jiangmen, to acquire four newly built handy-size bulk carriers (Cargo 1, Cargo 2, Cargo 3, and Cargo 4, collectively referred to as the said cargo ships), at a total price of approximately 119 million US dollars.
