Shenyu Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Fanst and the Suzhou Science and Technology City Management Committee signed a strategic cooperation intention agreement, planning to invest no less than 1 billion yuan to build core components of new energy vehicle drive assemblies, core components of low-altitude aircraft drive assemblies, and core components of humanoid robot drive assemblies project, namely the Fanst Phase III project. In addition, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningbo Martin humanoid robot technology Co., Ltd., signed an investment agreement with the People's Government of Xidian Town, Ninghai County, planning to invest 1 billion yuan in the construction of humanoid robot precision module and parts industrialization project.
