Dong'e Ejiao announced that on December 23, 2025, the company repurchased 406,800 shares for the first time through concentrated bidding trading, accounting for approximately 0.06% of the total share capital. The highest transaction price was 49.22 yuan per share, the lowest transaction price was 49.05 yuan per share, and the total transaction amount was 19,997,600 yuan. Prior to this, on December 22, 2025, the company's shareholders' meeting approved a buyback plan with a maximum buyback price of 72.08 yuan per share, a minimum quantity of 1.3873 million shares, a maximum quantity of 2.7747 million shares, an implementation period not exceeding 12 months. The repurchased shares will be cancelled and the registered capital will be reduced.
