Support data flow between foreign-invested enterprises and headquarters. Under the framework of the national and industry data cross-border transmission security management system, pilot projects for data cross-border transmission security management will be carried out. Around key areas such as finance, scientific research, credit, and trade, the exploration of establishing a general data list that can flow freely will be conducted. Relying on the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone and the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Innovation Cooperation Zone, the construction of data cross-border flow service platforms and Shenzhen-Hong Kong data cross-border verification platforms will be explored to provide compliant services for data cross-border flow.
