China Nuclear Power announced that, in order to enhance core competitiveness and promote the special work of power increase of nuclear power units, the company plans to sign a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement for Power Increase of Nuclear Power Plants" with the Nuclear Power Institute. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but is not a major asset restructuring, and has been approved at the eighth meeting of the fifth board of directors and does not require a shareholder meeting. Both parties will leverage management and technical advantages to efficiently promote the increase in power generation capacity of operating nuclear power units. The cooperation period is five years, the agreement is a framework agreement, does not involve pricing, and implementation is expected to have no significant adverse impact on finances and performance.
