The General Office of the People's Government of Sichuan Province recently issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting High-Quality Development of Refined Oil Circulation in Sichuan Province", which includes a proposal to crack down on the sale of substandard oil products. A comprehensive investigation will be carried out to crack down on vehicle alternative fuel filling stations that do not meet national product quality standards, and actions will be taken against the sale of refined oil under the guise of chemical raw materials. The frequency of sampling and testing of oil product quality will be increased, the coverage of sampling and testing will be expanded, and gas stations in urban and rural areas, along national and provincial highways, logistics parks, and industrial and mining enterprises will be targeted for sampling and testing. The compliance of oil product quality measurement standards will be included in the company's credit records, and dishonesty will be managed in accordance with the law. Strict measures will be taken against the sale of products that do not meet national standards, adulteration, counterfeiting of high-grade products with lower-grade ones, and the sale of "non-standard oil" among other illegal activities. Licenses related to the serious cases will be revoked, and legal authorities will be contacted if the behavior constitutes a crime.
