SAIC Group: The company plans to directly hold equity in Ziji Automobiles.

SAIC Group announced that, in order to simplify the equity structure of Zhiji Automobile held by the company, a portion of the Zhiji Automobile shares originally held by Yuanjie Fund will be changed to be directly held by the company. After this fund element change, there will be no change in the company's equity stake in Zhiji Automobile.
