Needle Tech: Wholly-owned subsidiaries and affiliated companies re-certified as high-tech enterprises.

Bright Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Zhuoli Hanguang Instrument Co., Ltd., and its wholly-owned branch, Beijing Zhuoli Hanguang Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd., recently received the "High-Tech Enterprise Certificate" jointly issued by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, and Beijing Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation. Zhuoli Hanguang and Zhuoli Analytical Instrument will enjoy the relevant tax incentives for high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years after this high-tech enterprise recognition, with a corporate income tax rate of 15%. This high-tech enterprise recognition will not have any impact on the company's operating performance and financial data for the fiscal year 2025.
