The reason is that the company and Zhaozheng Tianheng could not reach a consensus on the proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The board of directors further announced that, following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has decided to appoint Changqing (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants LLP (Changqing) as the new auditor of the company, effective from December 23, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Zhaozheng Tianheng, with a term until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
