Saintda Biotech: RMB 80 million of idle raised funds will be redeemed upon maturity.

Sainta Bio announced that in July 2025, the company approved a proposal to use no more than 230 million yuan of idle raised funds for cash management. On October 14th, the company used 80 million yuan of idle raised funds to purchase a customized RMB structured deposit product from the Zhejiang Branch of China Construction Bank. On December 22nd, the financial product matured and was redeemed, with the principal of 80 million yuan and a financial return of 286,200 yuan returned to the raised funds account, with no significant difference from the expected return.
