Zhongman Oil announced that from December 19 to 22, 2025, Zhu Fengxue, a shareholder with more than 5% of the shares, and its concerted action person, Gongrong Investment, collectively reduced their holdings of the company's shares by a total of 1.6266 million shares through concentrated bidding, accounting for 0.35% of the total share capital. Among them, Zhu Fengxue reduced 185,800 shares, accounting for 0.04%; Gongrong Investment reduced 1.4408 million shares, accounting for 0.31%. After this change in equity, their combined shareholding ratio decreased from 7.21% to 6.86%, reaching the 1% threshold. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed plan, does not trigger a tender offer, and will not change the controlling shareholder or actual controller.
