Lucky Air announced that its controlling shareholder, Kunyao Group, reduced its holdings by 8.60646 million shares through centralized auction trading from December 16 to 23, 2025, accounting for 0.39% of the total share capital. After this change in equity, Kunyao Group's shareholding decreased from 977 million shares to 969 million shares, and its proportion decreased from 44.74% to 44.35%; its total shareholding with concerted parties decreased from 1.013 billion shares to 1.005 billion shares, and the proportion decreased from 46.39% to 46.00%, reaching the 1% threshold. This reduction did not violate any commitments, did not trigger a tender offer, did not change the controlling shareholder, and the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented.
