Yaopi Glass announced that from December 18 to 22, 2025, China Composite Materials Group Limited, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced its holdings by 11.7978 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1.26% of the total share capital, and reduced its holdings by 1.7791 million shares through competitive bidding, accounting for 0.19% of the total share capital. Its shareholding in the company has decreased from 10.00% to 8.55%, and the percentage of equity change has reached the 1% threshold. This reduction is in line with the previously disclosed plan, does not involve a tender offer, does not result in a change of controlling shareholders, and the reduction plan has not been completed yet.
