Ganfeng Lithium announced that recently shareholder Wang Xiaoshen conducted partial share pledging and release of pledge. On December 22, 2025, Wang Xiaoshen pledged 1.4 million shares, accounting for 0.99% of the shares held, and 0.07% of the total share capital of the company. The pledgee is China Merchants Securities, and it is used for personal fund needs. On December 23, a total of 2.23 million shares were released from pledge, which were pledged on March 30, 2023, August 16, 2023, and March 29, 2024 respectively. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Wang Xiaoshen held 141 million shares, accounting for 6.75%, with 64.66 million shares pledging after pledge, accounting for 45.71% of the shares held, 3.08% of the total share capital of the company, and the pledged risk is controllable.
