China Securities Journal APP news, Huaxin Building Materials (600801.SH) announced that the company recently received notification from Huaxin Group Limited Company ("Huaxin Group"), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, that Huaxin Group plans to increase its holdings of the company's A shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system within 6 months from the date of the announcement through centralized bidding trading method, with a total amount of not less than 200 million yuan and not more than 400 million yuan.
