Hunan Silver: Partial funds in two bank accounts totaling 34.3863 million yuan have been released from frozen.

Hunan Baiyin announced that, due to the financial contract loan dispute with Cao Yongde and Liu Najin, the company disclosed on June 17, 2025 that some of its bank account funds were frozen. Recently, the freeze on two accounts has been lifted, with 14 million RMB unfrozen from the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China's Chen Zhou branch account and 20.3863 million RMB unfrozen from the Industrial Bank of China's Changsha branch account, totaling 34.3863 million RMB. Previously, the company submitted an objection application for execution, and the court ruled to revoke the execution case and related measures, reject the execution application of Cao Yongde and Liu Najin, and their request for reconsideration was also rejected. Currently, the account funds have been restored for normal use.
