According to the Qichacha app, recently, Taiping Bird Investment Co., Ltd. was established with Zhang Jiangping as the legal representative, registered capital of 50 million RMB. Its business scope includes asset management services funded by its own funds, information consulting services, corporate management consulting, and investment activities funded by its own funds. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Taiping Bird Group Co., Ltd.
