Jiuqiang Biological announced that China Pharmaceutical Investment Limited has completed the plan to increase its stake in the company from June 23, 2025 to December 22, 2025. They have increased their stake by 2.926 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.499% of the total share capital of the company, and 0.502% of the total share capital after excluding the company's repurchased shares. The amount of the increase is 39.72 million yuan. After this increase, China Pharmaceutical Investment's shareholding has increased from 105 million shares to 108 million shares, and their shareholding percentage has increased from 17.93% to 18.49%. Correspondingly, the percentage excluding repurchased shares has increased from 18.04% to 18.60%.
