Aishida: Provide guarantees for the 30 million and 50 million credit business of its subsidiaries.

Aishida announced that the temporary shareholders' meeting in 2025 approved to provide a total guarantee amount of not more than 456 million yuan for its subsidiary companies. Recently, the company, in accordance with relevant contracts, provided joint liability guarantees for Aishida household electrical appliances to obtain credit business of up to 30 million yuan at the Bank of China Long Triangle Branch and up to 50 million yuan at the Bank of China Anlu Branch, with an expiration date from December 23, 2025 to December 23, 2028. As of the disclosure date, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries is 277.3 million yuan, accounting for 16.69% of the audited net assets at the end of 2024, with no overdue or abnormal situations.
