Caitong Securities: The contradiction between supply and demand of glass fiber is still present, demand for low dielectric products is tight.

Caitong Securities issued a research report stating that the supply and demand contradictions in the float glass industry are more obvious. It is expected that before the new round of coordinated policies or large-scale cold repairs, glass prices may continue to fluctuate around the bottom range. From the supply side, although major enterprises in the industry issued price increase notices at the beginning of November, some previous orders are still ongoing, coupled with general downstream demand, the supply and demand contradictions in the traditional coarse yarn market are still evident. As for the domestic electronic yarn market in November, prices are generally stable, with strong short-term demand for high-end products. There is still a gap in the low dielectric first and second generation markets, and the Low-CTE market as a whole still has a significant gap. In the short term, the prices of high-end products are likely to continue to rise.
