The Market Supervision Administration Enforcement Team of Shanghai Municipality signed a memorandum of understanding with Xinda Biotech.

On December 23rd, the law enforcement team of the Shanghai Market Supervision Administration and Xinda Biotech held a signing ceremony for cooperation in compliance system construction, signing a memorandum of understanding on compliance system construction guidance. According to the memorandum, the two parties will carry out systematic cooperation in key areas of compliance governance for pharmaceutical companies. The law enforcement team will provide policy guidance and professional support to the companies in the five major areas of compliance system construction: compliance in drug advertising and commercial promotion, management of academic exchanges and risk prevention, regulation of drug pricing behavior, establishment of distributor management systems, and enhancement of capabilities in protecting trade secrets. They will help companies clarify legal boundaries, strengthen internal control mechanisms, prevent illegal risks, and reduce compliance risks at the source.
