Since the beginning of this year, the newly established stock fund shares have exceeded 400 billion.

Wind data shows that as of December 22, a total of 1469 new funds have been established this year, with the number of issuances reaching a new high since 2022, totaling 1135.88 billion shares. Stock funds have become the focus of fund companies' layouts this year, especially passive index products. In 2024, the proportion of bond fund issuances was 70.19%, but this year this figure has significantly decreased to 41.21%; the proportion of stock fund issuances has increased significantly from 21.14% to 35.98%. It is worth noting that the new issuance scale of stock funds this year has exceeded 400 billion shares, surpassing the historical record set in 2021.
